Once we book our sail, what is the best method of communication?
          We prefer to communicate by texting.  That will give you the quickest response.  We will make contact a week before your sail and probably a few times after that to nail down specifics and menus.  Also, once you arrive at the Pick Up location, a text will alert us that you are here and ready to go.

What if the weather is bad?
          We will keep you informed of any approaching bad weather and will make our decisions based foremost on your safety and comfort.  We don't want to be out in bad weather any more than you do.  That being said, some sails are gentle and some are a little more adventurous depending Mother Nature.  We will make your sail as comfortable and safe as we can.  We aim for your satisfaction.  If we have to cancel a sail because of bad weather, we will reschedule your sail at a later date.  If we are unable to accommodate, we will give you a full and complete refund.

Can we bring our own drinks?
          Our niche is the Full Service Private Sail.  That means we will have plenty of food and drinks for everyone.  We will work with you as the date approaches to determine your particular taste.  We serve complimentary wine, beer, soft drinks and water.  You may bring bring your own drinks if these don't work for you.  We are very flexible and accommodating to your needs.

I have dietary restrictions.  Do you adjust the food accordingly?
          We will be in direct contact with you to accommodate any food or drink restrictions.  Our standard food serving includes fruit, nuts, meats, cheeses, crackers, and dips.  Modifications are welcome.

What if we need to change our dates?
          We would appreciate as much prior notice as possible so we can allow another group to fill your slot.  We also know that life sometimes happens, and we will personally work with you to get you sailing on a day that works best for you.  Our whole business was built on the premise that we want to enrich your life.   We would hate for you to feel locked in when life events force a change in plans.  Prompt communication is always best.

 What should we bring?
          It's always wise to bring sunglasses, hats and sunscreen.  Also, wear non-heeled shoes.  Flip flops and sneakers are great options.  You will be able to walk up to the front of the boat if you desire, so shorts are better than dresses.  If you think you want to take a dip in the water, then bring your swimsuits and towels.  There will be plenty of photo opportunities, so bring your phones or cameras.
